we meticulously plan out the thousands of details and related logistics of your event and create and verify your timeline to ensure everyone has what they need to make your event a success.

As the day of the event approaches,

we will oversee setup, coordinate with vendors, and run the timeline. We take special care with every detail to ensure that you are able to be present and truly enjoy every aspect of your celebration. Low stress/high joy is our goal!

On the event day,

designing your event! We'll create an overall design for all creative elements of your event to help bring vision to reality while ensuring cohesiveness throughout. We welcome you to collaborate on the design as much or as little as you'd like. It's important to us that your event reflects you!

Now comes the exciting part -

we'll prepare a detailed budget estimate based on our experience, thorough research, and your priorities. We'll then use our expansive network and extensive research to put together the best talent team fitting your style and budget. We handle all the nitty gritty details throughout the planning process, so you can focus on the things that excite you.

Once we have your vision locked in,

we want to hear everything: your style, vibe, must-haves and must-have-nots. We'll then help you figure you the most important details like who, when, where. Our goal? To give you everything you want and nothing that you don't.
